Pages is wrapping the line number in table of contents

So I have a document with two paragraph styles that I want included in the table of contents. One style with page numbers and one without. So I insert a new table of contents (it's in its own section because I want the table of contents page numbers to be their own style) and I get the table of contents but instead of the text that is tagged with the paragraph style on the left and the page numbers on the right I get the text tagged with the paragraph style on the left, then on the line below (no paragraph symbols even though it's on the next line) a blue arrow pointing to the right about in the middle of the table of contents box, then on the next line (once again no paragraph symbol) on the far left I get the page number.

Anyone know what's going on or how to get the page number on right on the same line that the text?

All it needs is a Right Tab inside the Margins. Because you shrank the page size the set style has the tab outside the margin.

Click on the TOC text and then click on the Ruler (Menu > View > Ruler if you can't see it) where you want the Tab for the page number. Right click on the Tab on the Ruler to change it to a right tab so the numbers neatly line up on the right.

Oh, I think I found the problem. The page setup for this document is a custom page size of 7" x 10" for a printed book. Hmmmm, anyone know if you can tell the table of contents generator to use the custom page size and not default the generation to the standard page of 81/2" x 11"?
