Can I use any kind of contact cleaner spray for the motherboard contacts and ports of my Macbook pro?

I am planning to repair a macbook pro from 2009.

The repair includes a upgrade of memory, replacing of super drive for a SSD, changing the thermal paste. etc

I was wondering which is a good contact cleaner for the motherboard connections and ports.

A friend recomended

I found on forum this one

Maplin Contact Cleaner

and this too:

90% isopropyl alcohol

I would be thankful for any feedback about it.
