Sorry to hear that you are unable to use your iPad because of an error that you are receiving. Now I am unsure of what you are doing but based off of the message, you might be trying to access the iTunes or App Stores. If that is the case, take a look at the two articles below. The first article will check the settings on your iPad to ensure that the Date & Time is set correctly as well as making sure your iPad is up to date. If that does not work, check the second article for a little more in depth troubleshooting for the iTunes Store and any other store that Apple has.
