You're not seeing anything in the notifications area? Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

Dec 18, 2015 1:07 AM in response to zinacefby mielmac,No I don't see anything in the notifications. I've checked in the drag down screen and in the general setting area. No email either. Is it. Any e a setting? I have quite tight settings on it as she was only 11 when she got it.

Dec 18, 2015 1:18 AM in response to mielmacby mielmac,O.k, so tried again and I think what was happening was the notification came up so fast that I was missing it. It now pops up but when I click on it a blank whbox appears and nothing else happens. I have attached a photo. When I try to click on the box it disappears and then on daughters iPod a notification pops up saying I have denied request. Getting very frustrated and I'm a techie person!
