I have two iPhones (4S & 6) and the calls ring on both phones

Hi,

Please let me know how I can remove this option.

Also, I do backups of both the phones on my mac. The iPhone 6 I use it on a daily basis and the 4s is a secondary travelling phone. When I plug it into my Mac all the new apps I have downloaded on the iPhone 6 get saved on the iPhone 4s. Why is this? I want the phones to be backed up separately. Thanks.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Howdy LavinaL,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you're getting phone calls simultaneously on your iPhones. This indicates you have the option enabled to allow calls on that device, since it's also signed in to the same iCloud Apple ID as your other iPhone. To disable this feature, please follow the directions below.

Remove a device

If you don't want to use Wi-Fi Calling from one of your devices, you can remove it:

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling.
  2. In the list of devices, turn off Wi-Fi Calling for the device that you want to remove.

Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling

Take care.
