Software for porting Mac HD to PC via USB sled?

Howdy.

My Mac died and I replaced it with a PC. Removed the hard drive from the Mac (intact, pristine, examined by Mac tech) and attached it to a hard drive sled. Hard drive sled to PC via USB (powered up, lights on, good to go). The PC, however, does not recognize the hard drive and wont mount it, so I cannot access it.

Query: What software do I need in order to transfer the contents of my old bombed-out Mac to my PC?

Thanksamilliongottagobye!

Mac uses hard drive formatting that is foreign to Windows, so windows cannot read or mount a drive formatted for Mac.

You will need a Driver that can enable Windows to read that file system.

Assuming its formatted as HSF+ You can use this:

Otherwise, you'll need to find out what your hard drive is formatted as and search out a windows driver for the specific type of formatting.
