battery drains rapidly

Move ring way over counts

Heart rate sensors come on and stay lit

I've tried unpairing and pairing no change.

What else to try?

Hi

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software versions, which are presently iOS 9.2 and watchOS 2.1. (Recent updates have included, for example, a fix for an issue that could cause the heart rate sensors to remain on under certain circumstances).

To update your watch from a software version prior to watchOS 2, your iPhone needs to be running iOS 9 or later.

Instructions for updating the software are available here:

In respect of the Move ring, also check that your personal information is accurate:

- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Health > review and, if necessary, Edit (top right) your information.

If none of this helps, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch checked under warranty.
