Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you are attempting to dial your voicemail using this Motorola device. While the issue may be related to the handsfree device itself, try unpairing the handsfree with your iPhone and then pair again. Once this is done, test to see if you can access your voicemail.
Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories
Cheers

Dec 16, 2015 11:32 AM in response to jason269by alicante,I have now discovered that the problem is related to Siri, not the hands free. I normally only use Siri for dialling phone numbers when I am in the car using hands free. I have the 3 digit number for voicemail in my address book stored under the name 'voicemail'. Using Siri, I used to be able to say 'call voicemail' and the phone would dial it. Since upgrading to 9.2, this no longer works. I get the message 'I am sorry, I cannot call voicemail using that number'. If I tell the phone to call the voicemail number by saying 'call ***' the phone responds with 'I am sorry, I cannot call ***. It seems Siri will not call a 3 digit number. Strange!

Thank you for the follow-up and isolating the issue. It sounds like there may be a compatibility issue with Siri and this handsfree device. Try going through the steps attached below. You may need to reach out to Motorola as well for assistance with this issue.
Get help with Siri
- If "Hey Siri" isn't working, make sure that "Hey Siri" is turned on under Settings > General > Siri.
- Siri might say, "Sorry, I'm having trouble connecting to the network," or "Try again in a little while." This is probably a network issue. Check your Internet connection and try again later.
- If Siri isn't available or responding to questions, see the next section.
If Siri isn't available, or doesn't understand or respond to questions
After each step, see if you still need help:
- Make sure that your iOS device has an Internet connection through Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- On your iOS device, make sure that Siri is turned on under Settings > General > Siri.
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Siri and turn off Siri. Then turn it on again.
- Make sure that the microphones on your device aren't blocked. For example, if your device has a protective case, remove it.
- If you're using an iOS device, try to use Siri with a headset. If Siri works, get more help with the microphones on your device.
- Contact Apple Support.
Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Cheers

Aug 4, 2016 4:31 PM in response to alicanteby rvjacobs,Hello,
I had this problem too and after some searching on the internet and trying out some things I found out that I had to add the + sign after the 3 digit number In the contact info. But I added them 4 times. So the number in the contact info now looks like this: 101++++. As long as it is 7 or 8 digits. Now all 3 digit numbers work perfectly while using Siri (asking to call that contactname). So just add a + as many times as needed to make it a 7 or 8 digit number.
