Game Center not working after iOS 9.2 update.

After updating my iPhone to iOS 9.2, Game Center has become unusable. When I open the app, it stalls on a blank white screen. When I try to log out and log back in under settings, the button lights up like I've clicked on it, but then freezes. It's been doing this for almost a week now, and I am getting incredibly frustrated not being able to play certain games because they can't load without Game Center. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or is it just a major bug in the iOS update?
