my machine will not let me upgrade from 10.5.8 to 10.6 because the MacHD is "used for Time Machine backups". I tried changing the back up to another hard drive, no luck, same message. Also tried turning off Time Machine. Any suggestions
My Imac will not let me upgrade from 10.5.8 to 10.6 because mac hard drive is "used for Time Mahine backups". Changed hard drives in Time Machine preferences, no help. Turned off Time Machine, no help. Does anyone know how to get around this problem?
iMac, iOS 5.1, 10.5.8 is oper sys installed
