Q: Bookmark sync with other browsers available for windows but not for OS X?

I work with 2 browsers in my daily routine, I use Safari for everyday browsing and Chrome for software development.

Since I have loads of bookmarks, it would be great if it was natively available syncing bookmarks between Safari and other browsers like Chrome.

I noticed that this functionality has been added in the Windows version of iCloud but I can't find a solution for it in OS X. Am I missing something?

FWIW, I'm not aware of any way to sync bookmarks between different browsers in OS X. Also, Apple stopped developing Safari for Windows quite a long time ago.

XMarks will sync bookmarks between IE,Chrome, Firefox and Safari, maybe more.

Learn something new every day. I looked at the LastPass site along with reviews from other sources. One thing I don't like is you have to disable Chrome's own sync to get it to work. I also read some users had problems with Safari bookmarks. It hasn't been updated since early 2015 so not sure if it's El Capitan compatible. XMark Premium was pulled from the App Store. Not sure if it was by Apple or LastPass. I would be very cautious and back up all bookmarks in case.

I use OS X, not Windows. If I had windows, Apple would give me the opportunity to sync my Safari bookmarks with Chrome through the app they created for Windows users. However, they don't give OS X users the same opportunity. Where's the logic in that?
