Q: 5s Sem Serviço

Olá...

Meu 5s está devidamente atualizado, já fiz tudo o que foi recomendado para melhoria desse problema, mas não adianta. Também já contactei a operadora (VIVO) e o problema é no aparelho com certeza, pois há outros celulares, inclusive iphones, na minha casa, e esse problema não acontece.

Alguém poderia me dar uma luz?

If the suggestions in this article ddi not work, setting it back to factory settings without using the backup would be the next step to try, to make sure that this is not software related.
If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

If it still does not work after that, this might be a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider:
