How do I cancel my Apple Music Trial membership NOW
I need to cancel my Trial membership NOW and not wait until the 3 month period because I need to change my App Store Country NOW
NOW do this: Settings > Music > Show Apple Music > OFF

Uh no - that will stop the subscription, only turn it off for that device. He has to go to his Apple ID settings in iTunes (either on his iPhone or on a computer), go to Subscriptions and tap Manage. There he will find the option to cancel Auto Renewal of his Apple Music subscription.
But I don't believe that that will turn it off NOW. He might have to contact Apple Support to actually do that.
That will allow him to change the country setting in the iTunes Store now, which is what he was asking.
Exactly - if you are in the Free Trial Membership, there is no option to Cancel Auto Renew. There is no option to do anything. And if you try to change Countries, it will not let you because you have a Membership. You are caught because you can't cancel the Free Trial Membership - so you can't change country stores for 3 months.
Not if you are in the Free Trial Membership period of 3 months. You have to wait until the 3 months is over to cancel it. I need to cancel it before then (now) as I need an App in another Apple Store/Country.
