Trouble with Pandora APP - 4th Generation Apple TV

I installed Pandora APP for the 4th Generation Apple TV and signed into my Pandora One Subscription Account. I attempted to listen to one of my station but it would not play. I tried other stations but the same issue of it not playing. My sound is fine with my other APPs and iTunes Movie / TV content. The issue is isolated to Pandora. I have restarted my Apple TV several times, unplugged, reset wifi router.

I deleted the Pandora APP but now there is a nameless pictureless icon where the pandora APP icon used to be but I cannot delete it and I cannot install Pandora.... someone please help with deleting this EVIL APP without RESET.

Thanks for the advice. I've navigated to Settings > APPS but there is no uninstall or delete option. It appears the only way to delete / remove an app is to hold down the select button then to press the play/pause button. Even though I've deleted I'm still left with the phantom app icon and not able to reinstall the pandora app.

I do have the subscription to Apple Music but I find their music algorithm *****.
