It sounds like you have multiple issues with your phone after updating your software to iOS 9.2. It seems as though you've done the troubleshooting I would have for this issue already. The next best step to do would be to backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup. This process will either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled from scratch, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.Based on the symptoms I do not feel this is a hardware issue so these steps should lead you to a resolution.
