apple music blank white screen in tunes 12.3.2.35

Just upgraded to iTunes 12.3.2.35 yesterday and everything seemed fine. Today however the Apple Music tabs are now just blank white screens. The iTunes store and My Music tabs appear to function correctly. Any suggestions for how to resolve?

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.2, Wondows 7 64 bit
