Q: Buying Apple Calendars - purchasing address problem?

In adding a Shipping address to an Apple (Photos) Calendar, I find my own home address, but then receive the error message: "Unsupported Country. Orders must be shipped within your billing country." My Photos application preference is set to my home country (Canada), and my shipping address is my billing country (Canada), so I am unable to proceed to ordering my calendar! Any ideas?

    Hi lylebardo787,

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If I understand correctly, you're seeing an alert message related to your account and billing address with attempting to order a calendar in Photos. Take a look at the article below and try updating your account's billing information in the Apple Online Store.

If you can't order prints or projects from Apple using iPhoto - Apple Support

If you get a warning about your account

When you try to place an order, you might see a message that says "Your account information has changed. Please review your billing information and approve it.”

To fix this issue, update your billing information in the Apple Online Store:

    1. Under Account Settings on the left side of the screen, Click "Change your default shipping or billing info".
    2. Sign in with the Apple ID that you use to make purchases from iPhoto.
    3. To the right of Payment Information, click Edit.
    4. Re-enter your information as it appears on your credit card statement. If you're a U.S. customer, make sure to use a five-digit zip code. iPhoto doesn't support the zip+4 format.

If updating your billing information doesn’t solve the issue:

    • iPhoto '09: Update your keychain. When you ship to the U.S., the shipping address should have a five-digit zip code.
    • iPhoto '11 and later: Clear cookies in Safari. Clearing cookies in Safari might also remove them from other apps.

    Cheers.
