Cannot Restore NFL App

Hi,


I purchased the NFL Game Pass subscription from my Apple TV (3rd Generation). Then I sold my Apple TV and bought a new 4th generation Apple TV. Now I am trying to restore my NFL Game Pass purchase on this new device. When I attempt to do so, the application says it was successful. However whenever I try to watch any content on the app it keeps asking me to restore the purchase as if I hadn't already done that. I contacted the NFL Game Pass support team, and they told me to contact Apple.


Anybody else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I see that you are having an issue with one of your apps on your Apple TV. Since you have been unable to resolve the issue with the app’s support team, I would suggest that you perform a restore on your Apple TV using the instructions in the following article:
