In other words, uninstall it as soon as possible because it does not do anything but harm your Mac. Here you have the steps to uninstall it -> Do not install MacKeeper
To second what mende1 said, MacKeeper is a scam and needs to be uninstalled immediately. I would suggest doing more research before downloading random software in the future.
