I am an administrator on the site manager and my teachers are contributors. I am trying to transfer ownership of course that I won to another teacher affiliated with the institution. When I request to transfer in iTunes U the following message appears 'This course cannot be transferred to the Apple ID you entered. The recipient must be affiliated with..........'. Both IDs are associated with the association. Any ideas? I've had this problem transferring to other associated accounts within the institution. I'm beginning to think it's something to do with my account and ID?????
The only guess I can offer is that the course needs to be affiliated with your institution. Ensure that you've picked an institution with the little icon next to it.
If that doesn't help, it sounds like you might need to reach out to AppleCare.
