Q: Volume doesn't work iOS 9.2

After updating to iOS 9.2 volume doesn't work on cerain apps anymore. I tried reinstalling the apps (instagram and snapchat) but it didn't help. On spotify the volumes did work so it can't be the phones speakers. What is the issue and how to fix it?

Hi Selena,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From what I gather, there's an issue adjusting the sound in some Apps on your iPhone. Try taking a look at the article linked below and run through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.

The article mentioned does not address my issue. Volume is not even working on the app store (playing teaser videos). I can't uninstall the app store.
