I have a new Iphone 5s which goes to 'searching' when server signal is lost. This can only be resolved by turning off and then on again. I can't keep doing this. any suggestions?

My iPhone 5s shows 'searching' when server is lost, and will not return to signal until the phone is turned off and then on again. How can I solve this problem?

From your post, it sounds like your iPhone 5s will search for a network until it is restarted. If this is the case, take a look at the troubleshooting steps in the article below.


If you can‘t connect to a cellular network or cellular data


If this does not describe your issue, please elaborate on what you mean by the server is lost.
