I am unable to update my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.2 !! It says,"An error occurred while checking for a software update" !! Currently using iOS 9.1

Already tried updating the software from iTunes !! software downloaded completely but at the end it said processing and showed error at that time !!

Have you tried a Force Restart and then tried to update?
To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If you have tried this, I'de recommend you restoring your device.
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

I was upgrading to IOS 9.2 from a Windows 7 PC on ITunes and received this error too.
I rebooted the computer and turned off my anti-virus software and the restore/upgraded installed.
Lucky I did a full backup because after the error during upgrading, the Iphone 6 had to be restored.
In the future I'll just upgrade the IOS thru Wi-FI, seems like a lot less issues.
