iTunes Match Never Loads/Completes

I have an Apple TV model A1427 with software ver 7.2(7512) and my music never loads, or becomes available. The screen just displays “Setting up your Apple TV to stream music from iTunes Match. .... “ The only thing that happens is the little whirly-bird just continuously spins. I have even left it to run all night, and My Music from iTunes Match never appears.
