Q: Do Apple repair or replace iPod nano 4th gen. batteries?

I've had my ipod nano (4th generation) for around 6-7 years now. Only recently I have noticed the battery does not last at all (i had 3/4 charge and it died within an hour on my commute).

Just wondering if I can pay for Apple to repair or replace the battery, or is it considered too old now?

A 4th gen iPod nano is considered vintage or obsolete, depending your location, and repair service provided also depends on location. Even if Apple can no longer provide service, you can do an Internet search for repair businesses in your area with Apple expertise.
