MacBook Pro retina 2013 does not recognize battery

Pelease HELP, I DIT ALL THIS

It works just to turn the computer on but everything was really slow ,the fans were going crazy ,no battery icon , i went to system report and there was no info about the battery

.IT DOESnt RECOGNIZE THE BATTERY IF A PLUG The MagSafe Off the power will SHUT DOWN

ICHECKED THE BATTERY CIcles 1 week ago and it was 540 everything was perfect , now i tried to go to system report and there is no info about the battery

Before all this happen I was just watching a movie and it went off

I already reset the SMC and nothing happens. I think I did the SMC good because the MagSafe changed colors but nothing more

I don't know what to do thanks

Open System Information>Power and post this from your MBP:

(make certain that the charger is connected)

Run an Apple Hardware Test:

Note that an error free AHT is not definitive.

I have never seen a System Information>Power display omitting so much information. It suggests that the MBP does not even know there should be a battery.

If you can, I would try an OSX reinstall. In all probability the best option is a visit to an Apple store genius bar and have the MBP thoroughly evaluated.
