Why is apple music on my iphone but not on my mac mini?
SSince you don't say what version of OS X and what version of iTunes, that is a little hard to answer. But Apple Music is part of the iTunes app in the recent versions of iTunes on a Mac. It is not a separate "Music app" like it is on your iPhone.
