I want to buy an Apple pencil, and I don't know if I post here very correctly. Before that, I would think it is troublesome to charge Apple pencil quite frequently, normally I would use up battery's capacity and fully charge, so, has anyone practice how soon for the Apple pencil to charge from empty power to full?
Apple pencil is stated to function on a full charge for 11-12 hours.
It takes a 5 min charge to get 30 minutes of functionality.
So a full charge takes between 2-3 hours.
FYI,
Apple pencil ONLY works with the iPad Pro.
It DOES NOT work with any other current iPad model.

So, figure 6-10 minutes for a full charge!
I don't think it works quite that way. My understanding is that charging is more logarithmic. Going from 0 to 10% is much faster than going from 90% to 100% charged
I don't know.
Apple has not posted the specs for the amount of time to charge a fully discharged pencil.
So, until someone actually chatges one compleltely from a dead state, any aprroximations are just a guess at this pont.
My Adonit Jot Touch w/pixelpoint charges fully between 2-3 hours and lasts for me between 9-10 hours of continuous drawing and writing use.
Just shy of their stated 11-12 hours of use.
I was basing my original charge times for the Apple Pencil based on that.
