My sister brought me beats mixr headset for me from USA to India for my birthday, this is my first apple product and i was very much excited about this. But these are very much uncomfortable on me, can i get replacement in indian store?

I suggest you complain to your sister. The purchase of headphones is not something that should be done as a gift, since there are many issues that can occur, including what you have described. The fault is not with Apple or the product, you described it as uncomfortable. However, as you have found not all Apple warranty and return policies are international. You should send them back to your sister and have her exchange them. You have the option to try on different pairs of headphones in India and recommend a replacement to her.

Lastly, this is a user to user support forum. Telling us that you "will never, ever buy or support any Apple product" means nothing to us.

You see, this is the difference. I would not purchase the product if it was uncomfortable for me. The issue is not the design of the product. It works for many people, and I truly doubt that you are seeing complaints from EVERY user. The purchase of electronic devices in a country that you do not intend to use them in is never a good idea, as many warranties are not international. I know the difference in international warranties, and I also know not to make an expensive purchase without trying the device first. I will not feel the same as you.
