It's Indonesian and is telling you that someone has recently signed into your account, however I'm suspicious that it might not be genuine, do not click on any links in the email, read the following article for more help…

Hi Winston,

I only receive them when I log to my iTunes or iCloud account either from my iPhone, iPad, PC, Laptop or any other PC/browser out there.

So it's not a coincedence that it happens only then. Can't Apple send me an email in my own language preference?? either French or English, Spanish or Italian?

I didn't realise you were aware of why you get the messages, as for why they are in Indonesian I'm not sure. If you get them regularly, that sounds odd too, you should only get them the first time you log into your account for the first time.
