Dec 16, 2015 10:28 AM in response to Kayfromnyby JStark1159,I'm having the same issue with my iPod Nano (not sure which generation but I've had it a long time). Everything I've tried doesn't seem to work. I'm really sorry that I ever downloaded Windows 10. Hopefully someone can come up with a fix to this problem.

Dec 16, 2015 12:15 PM in response to Kayfromnyby Kayfromny,Yahoo! Problem fixed, bu it took a call to Apple Support. Turns out that I had to uninstall iTunes, but there's a specific series of other Apple programs that have to be uninstalled one by one. Then reinstall - and my nano came up.

Dec 16, 2015 12:23 PM in response to Kayfromnyby JStark1159,Glad you got your iPod to work. Do you, by any chance, remember what you needed to do besides uninstall iTunes? I already tried that but it's still not recognizing it. Thanks for any help you can give.

Dec 16, 2015 1:03 PM in response to JStark1159by Kayfromny,If you look at your program list, there are quite a few Apple programs. They all have to come out, but in a specific order -- and there's one that doesn't carry the Apple name. I had also uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and it didn't work without all the other uninstalls. So, it was really worth it to reach out to Apple Support -- and it didn't cost anything but time. My IPod nano is synced and ready to go -- finally. Very frustrating, but it ended well.
