Thank you chris for replying me however i have already tried that and still not working, i restored my phone mad also it is not working and i have also downgraded to 9.1 and also it is not working, i really don't know what to do more.
Since Apple is no longer signing iOS 9.1, then it would have been a hack for you to downgrade to iOS 9.1, as Apple does not support downgrading. If that is the case, then Apple will no longer support the phone. If you did not do this, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider to have the device examined. You can also contact Apple Support if do not wish to go to a store.
since i have upgraded my iphone 5s from IOS 9.1 to IOS 9.2 and my rear camera is not working it gives my only a black screen.
