icloud closes internet

Hi

Every time I try and open icloud to move a photo for example internet explorer closes and says it has encountered a problem. It then re-opens! If I try and open icloud again the same thing happens. If I need to put a photo on the internet I have to move it from icloud to my photos then to the internet.

Can anyone help please?
