Apple TVOK, which cloud service were you using photo stream or iCloud photo library.

Apple TVThe problem with relying on photo stream is that it only keeps photos for 30 days. So unfortunately if it's more than 30 days since you wiped your phone, you will have lost all your photos, if it's less than 30 days you should be able to recover any photos taken in the apportioned time period since you wiped the phone.
I don't suppose you had these photos or photo stream enabled anywhere else.
