Since my last update, a box has settled on my screen. Has a "sun" graphic and a completion bar. Sits on top of everything else. Shutting down doesn't make it go away. Anybody know what it is?

Since my last update, a box has settled on my screen. It contains a "sun" graphic with a completion bar. It sits on top of everything else and will not go away. Tried shutting down and restarting but the box was there waiting. Does anyone know what it is or what app or software it is related to? Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
