Q: Is anyone else having problems texting Android phones?? I can send and receive to another iPhone but have difficulties sending receiving to an Android. I thought it was my iPhone 5 so I upgraded but now it's doing it again with my iphone6!

SMS is a carrier feature, you will need to call your cell phone provider to resolve the issue.

The people who you're having problems with are likely former iPhone owners who never unregistered their device before getting rid of it. There's nothing you can do ... each of them now need to disassociate their number with Apple's servers for iMessage:

Only problem is, I'm the only person they aren't getting messages from. I've taken it to my carrier three times they say it's not their network.
