Q: Itunes is not truly sending songs to the trash

I've done the latest update to itunes 12.3.2.35

For some reason I can't send songs (duplicates) to the trash.

It used to be possible to alt-Delete the songs and Itunes would open a window asking if I wanted to delete the song, followed by another asking if I wanted to delete the songs from the playlist, leaving them in the system or completely deleted them sending them to the trash.

Now, when I alt-delete, Itunes opens a window saying the songs will be deleted from any ipod or device the song is also in. The song dissapears from itunes, gone from the Music library, but still remaining in the music folder, instead of being sent to the trash.

Does anyone know how to delete songs and send them directly  to the trash?
