Q: Apps not downloading

Hi, I have a problem om my iPhone, abou 15-20 minutes ago, I tried to download few games from "App store", pressed button to download, wrote my password and now on home screen I see that game, but it's says "Waiting..." and abou 10 minutes I see the same. Tried to download some different apps but there is same problem with all. Maybe someone have idea what to so? Thanks

Hello,

Try a force restart then try downloading the Apps.
To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

After restarting like You said, I tried to download random app and after ~1 minute of seing "Waiting" it downloaded but very slowly and tried to download "Fifa" and after "waiting" it's downloading but very very slow...

Might be a payola issue

Kidding aside, this seems to be a known issue that will likely be addressed in an upcoming iOS update:
If apps don't finish installing using Mobile Device Management (MDM) and iOS 9.2 - Apple Support
