Hey Parker,
I understand that you would like to get your contacts to your computer. That can be easily done a few ways. Let's go over those options for you.
The first way will involve syncing with your computer. With your iPhone plugged into your computer, look in iTunes and in the Info tab will give you and option to sync your contacts to Outlook. Take a look at the article below for more details to get you sorted out.
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using USB

Option 2 would require you to share the contacts and you can do that right from the Contact or Phone app. The downside to this is you would have to send each one individually and if you have a lot of contacts, that could take some time.

The last option would be if you have iCloud contacts. If you do, you can export them all from iCloud.com. Also if you are using iCloud, you can install iCloud for Windows to setup the syncing that way to get your information to your PC.

Let me know if this helps you out any or if you need further assistance.
