tecnical support from apple recomended me to install teh advanced mac cleaner is ok
what happen Allan
No, you do not want ANY applications that say they are a "cleaner". They are unnecessary and undesirable on your Mac.
I am wait for you to start making some sense.
THank you
Everything needed to keep your Mac running in excellent condition shipped in the box it came in, except for a Backup Drive.
You need to buy a Backup Drive and start to use it right away. Apple gives you Time Machine to make your Backups.
If you needed anything else, Apple would have included it. They give you Mac OS X and all those Utilities and Applications for $0.
Apple wants you to be a happy customer. Do not download more Utilities to make your Mac work better. You do not need them, your Mac will not work better, and you will not be a happy Customer.

If you called a number that popped up on your screen, that was not Apple. That was some criminals.
90 days telephone support is included with your new Mac. But you have to call Apple directly, not the criminals.
