Since i updated my Iphone 6s to IOS 9.2 on the weekend all of my 'offline' songs have been jumping and stopping starting when playback occurs. Also when i am trying to stream songs the same issue occurs.
I have strong 4G internet so it cannot be a connectivity issue.

Having the same issue with my iPod 5 and IOS 9.2. Most songs skip and don't start from the very beginning when scrolling.
I have the same problem. Also it has been way too long for no Apple representatives to have offered any support... Way too many issues with Apple Music for a service we have to pay $10 a month for. Not sure what Apple has done but they turned a great service in beats music into well, crap.
March 2016 and just experienced this for the first time. If you've found a resolution, I'd love to be brought up to speed. iphone 6s running the ios 9.2.1
