I have downloaded 2K's Bioshock on the app store a while back, and I have read that it is unplayable on my current IOS and since I downloaded it 90 days ago I can not go on the refund program and get a refund, so how might I be able to get a refund? 15$ And I would just like a refund because I can't use it anymore.

Keep in mind, since it's been three months, it's doubtful you'll get a refund. It's up to the user to make sure the content they download is compatible with the iOS version they have installed.
