How can I use the "insert" button with RDP (German Keyboard)

Hello,

I would like to know what I have to press to simulate the Windows "insert" (einfg in german) button on my MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015 keyboard (german keyboard layout).

I'm using Remote Desktop to connect to a Windows Terminal Server and need the insert button within a emulation tool that I need for my work, but I just can't find a way to use this button.

Can someone help me here?

I think it's also here in the right place, as I have the problem on a MacBook Pro and I don't think I choose the wrong forum for it, as I think that other Apple users maybe should know this problem too and can help me with it, but thanks anyway if I don't get any answers here I will look also into the MS forums.

Now I also asked in a Microsoft Forum that you linked and there I got the answer "Ask in a apple forum as you have problems with a mac and it's keyboard we can't help you here"... seriously does really no one know the answer to this question?
