Q: After the 9.2 update my iPhone 5 does not have service

Upgraded my husband's iPhone 5 to 9.2 now he has no service. We have powered the phone off and turned back on. Reset network settings, Reset all settings. Still no service. We turned airplane mode on waited 30 seconds and turned off. Still no service. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
