I phone 6 s plus camera is not work and no sound. when i want to take a photo, it's dark. I have change the new one at I care service in Thailand and i got the new one but the problem still same. Pls help me how should i do?

If you loaded your backup file, try setting it up as a new device - don't load the backup file - and see if this resolves the problem.
WHy i cant load backup file? Is it effect to camera?
You said you got a new phone but the problem still carried over to the new phone, which leads one to believe that the problem is contained in your backup file. If you set your phone up as a NEW device - not loading the backup file - this will allow you to determine whether this is the case. If your camera problem disappears, you can safely say that the problem is either file corruption in the backup file, or one of your apps that is causing the issue. Give it a try.

i have reset iphone as a new iphone and not back up anything back to the iphone but i still found problem of camera, it still same problem
That indicates a hardware problem. You may wish to take it in to an Apple Store if one is available (make an appointment first), or to an authorized repair agency, to test the hardware for defects. It should still be under warranty, so you should not have to pay for a replacement. Best of luck.
