Can you set up a unique password to turn on Keychain

Can you set up a unique password to specifically turn on Keychain only when needed, separate from the computer password, so that keychain is even more secure?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access/Edit provides a change password option.
