Where are general guidelines for creating books?

I once found general guidelines for creating books for the iBookstore. They were not technical guidelines and included information such as the kind of content that the iBookstore would except. e.g. I vaguely recall it saying that iBooks that supported another resource that was not available in the iBookstore would not be accepted. Can anyone direct me to this information?
