I cant update my songs in my ipod. I got message saying that my ipod has been detected and not identified, and requested to uninstall and install the itunes. I did it but still its not yet solve.
I dont know what to do
iPod nano
Windows or Mac? If Windows, what version of Windows?
Did this work before with this iPod and this computer, and does not work now for some reason? Or is this the first time your are using this iPod with this computer (or this computer with a new system)?
In case it matters, what model of iPod nano do you have? This document shows all iPod models
