Q: 9.2 update = No Safari, No App Store, Siri messed up.
My safari app is gone. So is the app store. Siri does what she wants. I say "Launch app store". She says calling Penny H work, ring, ring. I say "text Barry". She says "playing songs by Zedd".
I just updated to 9.2 today. I am at a loss of what to do. Is anyone else having these issues?

Make sure nothing is restricted in the Settings app.

Follow the steps below.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
