Please use If your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad aren't working as expected - Apple Support to see if they are connecting okay. If they are not the steps in the advice letter will help. If the advice letter does not help, then please post back and we can have you post an EtreCheck report of your system to look for obvious issues.
